Mumbai City FC going to made deal with Diego Forlan [2016 ISL Update]

Indian super league club Mumbai City FC are want to cord in former Uruguayan forward Diego Forlan as their marquee player for the fourth edition of the ISL. The club already made advanced talks with the 37-year-old forward and hopefully deal will made soon. Forlan earlier talk to Atletico de Kolkata, but the deal was not made, Sourav Ganguly co-owned of Katakana offer to pay extravagant Rs 7.5 crore. Mumbai City FC came forward and started negotiating with Diego Forlan's agent Pablo. August 20 is the last date to recruit a marquee player. Mumbai City FC ready to get the 2010 World Cup's Golden Ball winner on their squad.

Forlan left the club Penarol in last month of this year, but the club's president of Penarol Juan Pedro Damiani, wants to return him for the next season. Forlan recently meet to officials of Atletico Paranaense but they couldn't reach to made agreement about free transfer. Forlan said that he met with Atletico Paranaense but they couldn't reach to the agreement, he wants to keep playing so he listening to all offers. He is looking for a proposal and he is in no hurry. 



Forlan played for many European giants like Atletico Madrid, Manchester United, and Inter Milan, previously he talk for to move to Indian Super League champions Atletico de Kolkata in 2014. Recent reports is the former Uruguayan striker talks with Mumbai City FC.There is no more possibility to talking with the Kolkata team, we made advanced talks with Mumbai City if the deal goes through Forlani Agent said.
