French defender Cedric Hengbart re-signed for Kerala Blasters ISL 2016

Cedric Hengbart French defender re-signed for Kerala Blasters for the next season. Hengbart played key role for Blaster’s finals in the first  season and sign deal with Blasters again for the upcoming season. He played for North East United in 2015 Indian Super League but he made come back Kerala Blasters for ISL 2016.

Almost 100 foreign players from different countries are playing in the Hero Indian Super League, and that's make the tournament make more popular. The footballers coming from a abroad they are well-known European powerhouses like Spain, Italy, France, Germany and England along with North & South America Brazil, Canada, Colombia. Few African and Asian nation South Korea, Australia, New Zealand taking part on the tournament.   

Kerala Blasters, central defender Cedric Hengbart has played along with defensive midfielder Raphael Romey with his team accept the least goals in league stage and also keeping may clean sheets for the team but Unfortunately, Hengbart got injured and not played rest of the tournament.
Cedric Hengbart began his career at the age of 21 in France SM Caen is first club he played for. Then he sign at Auxerre and AC Ajaccio, Now he is 36-year-old and played more than 250 Ligue 1 appearances.  He scored 13 goals and assists 12 In his first season of ISL for the Blasters, in his 13 matches he played made 100 clearances and 49 tackles. Hengbart also have passing accuracy with  88.19%. He was one of best Kerala's foreign collection in the first season.
